I agree not to further subcontract Sprinter work. All labor must be performed by my W-2 employees unless explicitly approved in writing.I agree to Net-30 payment terms from work-complete date with signed closeout package.I agree to Sprinter quality, photo-documentation, and on-site conduct standards (clean uniforms, badges, no smoking, no profanity on-site).My techs can pass standard background checks and drug screening when a client requires it.
